This is a new invention, to toast the bread in a transparent environment. The normal problems that we face in a bread toaster are under burning or over burning. This problem is over come in the glass toaster. Now we have the facility of viewing the colour of the bread while cooking and can stop the cooking process based on the browning colour change in the bread under cooking. The toaster is designed based on transparent glass heating technology.
There are two glass sheets that enclose the bread providing clear view to the observer. The bread is inserted in the gap formed in between the glasses that are being heated. The design also incorporates a timer as in the normal toasters. Now one can eject the bread manually as soon as the brownish colour appears on the surface of the bread slice. The timer can be used while you are very busy in attending to other work. The bread toaster is a useful addition to the kitchen
